Welcome to the IREKS whistleblower system
Use the portal as a confidential communication channel to report possible violations of laws or policies as defined by the Whistleblower Protection Act - in a protected space and anonymously if you wish. We welcome every tip, take every tip seriously and follow up every message thoroughly and conscientiously.

We attach great importance to protecting our employees from any form of repression in the workplace!

Your tip will be processed by the management of our Group Legal Department (DE-IREKS-VV Department), who will be supported by the management of the DE-IREKS-CR Department and the DE-IREKS-VV-A Department.

Please note that in order to ensure confidentiality, communication with you will only take place via this whistleblower portal. Therefore, it is necessary that after submitting the report in this whistleblower system, you make a note of the password provided on the confirmation page or use the option to download and save the access data. Please also treat your access data confidentially.

In addition to using this online reporting channel, you can also call the German telephone number  +49 (0) 9221 / 706 6333 (Austria: +43 1 28808-777) at any time to submit a tip in German (or English). Your tip will be recorded on an answering machine that can only be listened to by the reporting office. In order for us to be able to give you feedback on your tip, we ask you to provide a telephone number, an e-mail address or another means of contact.

How our whistleblower system helps protect your privacy

  • No identifying information is provided to the contacts.
  • Your message will be stylometrically redacted to provide you with an even higher level of anonymity. We remove all punctuation and convert all words to lowercase."
  • All information is end-to-end encrypted, so your sensitive information remains safe.

What you can do to protect yourself

  • You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
  • You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
  • You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
